NOTE: Although the shop is open during the above hours, our customer services are available from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday only. We aim to reply to emails within 1-2 working days.
Shipping Information
All orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail (depending on parcel size).
NOTE: Although it's often same or next-day, please allow 2-3 days for schoolwear orders to be shipped, and up to 14 working days for delivery. During the busy summer season this can increase considerably. During this period, we encourage ordering before July to guarantee delivery before the return to school.
We also offer a 'Collect from Store' option and the same rules apply - we'll aim to have it ready the same or next day but during busier times there may be a delay before your order is picked and ready for collection. A fulfilment of your order will still take place and you'll receive a confirmation email to tell you that your order is ready to be collected.
Once your order has been made ready for collection, you will have 7 days to collect before it is refunded and re-stocked.
